Overall, Cub is making the best of things, as he does! He's relatively comfortable in Deco because he trusts that Copper Rose -- and, failing that, at least Sunshine -- has his back! And he's met a lot of nice people so he's happy with things 'v'
In terms of teams and games, thoughhh . . . He hasn't really thought of teams as a proper unit, though he does identify them as a unit of sorts, in part because he'ssss not entirely sure what to make of Copper Rose, secretly. OUTWARDLY he's pretty much convinced himself Coprse = tribe = family = priority/protect/the best!! But, hmm . . . He's on best relations with Sunshine, followed by Viral and Virgilla! But he's only really had more in-depth conversation with Sunshine (in part because I fail but also because Coprse kind of ... fwips off... oocly... and we roll back together whenever... and hopefully bounce off each other?!) -- Viral and Argilla he trusts but he's lacking a genuine emotional backing for "these people are my family." NOT THAT HE NEEDS THAT TO TREAT THEM AS SUCH but it does, hm, keep him a little displaced in terms of where he feels he stands since he can't put his finger on their relation, tho with those two specifically it's slowly growing so hopefully that will change soon 'v' Then there's Dave and Kirei, whom he doesn't know at all, and the latter is partly because Cub wants to have good relations with Kirei but he has no idea how to manage... that...
AND GAMES HE'S KIND OF JUST BLOCKING OUT ALL THE BAD PARTS AT THIS POINT so he's feeling a little ??? but he's trying to cover it up with nice things, like the tattoo game and trying to get ice cream off the portraits with miyoko!
SO UM TL;DR he'ssss feeling a bit ... adrift... but in a happy place! he doesn't really consciously know about the adrift feelings. the adrift feelings are because he's a little more more self-aware in deco, since he doesn't have his memories to back him up in terms of optimism and perseverance! he also has sabraather judgesona taint on him :'D . . . so that's tampering with things very quietly in the background, too.
